Train 2 Gain

Our client was one of the first further education colleges to offer Train 2 Gain services to local businesses in London. Our aim was to arrange new business meeting and create awareness amongst local businesses of Train 2 Gain services as well as the bespoke training services our clients offered.

We started working with this client in May 2007 and to date have completed a 27 days calling (216 hours) resulting in a total of 114 new business meetings. Our client now holds 7% of the market place with regards to Train 2 Gain services.

Our client is the business facing arm of a well established and respected university providing a range of government funded services to businesses in Greater London. Phone Intelligence have focused on a variety of the services they offer including product design, knowledge visualisation, process improvement and the London Development Agency’s LEGI Programme.

We have worked with this client since mid 2006 and have arranged over 130 new business meetings on their behalf. Through our efforts we have helped our client become one of the most trusted providers for businesses within Greater London.
